“Thomsen Homes has been fabulous to work with. While of course there have been minor issues after we moved in, they have a super handy and easy to use website along with an app, both of which are used to file warranty claims. For important things they respond quickly and send someone out to fix them. For minor things like paint issues, they’ll fix them all at once closer to the end of the warranty period. I’ve been greatly impressed by how they’ve handled these warranty claims. All in all they’ve been fabulous to work with and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!”
