Our building process takes approximately 120 days from start to finish.

We have hundreds of available lots in the Fargo/Moorhead and Grand Forks area!

In all of our builds, we provide specifications for you to see what is all included. Primary inclusions would be:

• • Your choice of granite or quartz countertops in your kitchen.

• • 10x12 concrete patio w/ treated steps or deck with stairs (dependent on floor plan).

• • LP smart side on the entire front elevation.

• • $2,100 stainless steel appliance package.

It depends on which route you take! If you decide to purchase one of our fully completed homes, $2,000 in Earnest Money is required, and if you decide to build your new home from scratch, $5,000 in Earnest Money is required.

Yes! Our philosophy here at Thomsen Homes is that we would like all our clients to be represented by a real estate agent. This ensures you are getting expert knowledge from both the real estate agent, and the builder, throughout your home building process.

Special assessments will vary depending on which development you would like to build in. Amounts can vary between $20,000- $40,000…and higher, which is common in new construction.

Our building process, up-front and transparent pricing, and our ability to be competitive with pricing in our market without the need of promotions is what sets us apart from the rest.
