Additionally, we provide our homeowners with maintenance and care education, tips, and advice to help your home look its best for years to come.
During the first year in your new Thomsen Home, you’re covered by Thomsen Homes’ limited warranty coverage, plus the appliance manufacturers’ warranties. Prior to closing, your Sales and Client Support Team will review the limited warranty coverage specific to your state.
After closing on your new home, if you notice a defect in your home that may be covered by Thomsen Homes’ limited warranty coverage, simply utilize the Client Login on our website and enter your warranty claim on our custom online software. Every claim entered is processed in a timely manner with a response from your Client Relations Representative.
On or around the 12-month anniversary of your closing date, your Client Support Representative will contact you to set up a 1 year walkthrough of your home to inspect any warranty items.
