1. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Schedule an appointment with one of our New Home Consultants, or your favorite Realtor, to review available homes, floor plans, and developments.
2. STRUCTURE YOUR PURCHASE
In Step 2, we will work with you to write your purchase agreement. The process of this step can vary depending on if you are purchasing a completed home, one currently under construction, or starting from scratch. We will work with you to get all of the appropriate paperwork in place, ensuring you feel completely comfortable and confident before leaving our office. If you purchase a home from scratch or under construction, Steps 3-6 will apply to you. If you purchased a completed home, jump to Step 7!
3. DESIGN YOUR HOME
In Step 3, you'll work with the Design Team at Thomsen Homes to incorporate items that are tailored to your personal style. This can be overwhelming for some, but at Thomsen, your Designer will talk you through the process step by step. Your Designer will walk you through selecting the design and finishes from the exterior through the interior. The small details matter and make the house your home, so we'll be sure to suggest and point things out that may be beneficial for you in your new home.

9. WARRANTY
During the first year in your new home, you're covered by Thomsen Homes' limited warranty coverage. Thomsen Homes' Client Support Team is there to answer any warranty questions you may have related to your new home. They will provide you with the tools to file a claim and set up your one year walk through of the home.
