We are currently seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Fargo, ND. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication with all Construction Managers as needed
- Problem solving
- Executing punch lists on homes to achieve high quality
- Perform misc. repairs, install of items on/within homes
- Address numbers
- Door knobs
- Window well ladders
- .
- EPA Compliance
- Executing Jobsite Cleanliness
- Home Closing Prep
- Power-washing driveways/garages
- tasks as assigned by Construction Managers
- Delivering/returning materials to homes
- Construction Knob Inventory and Delivery
- Material Return Tracking and Quantities (Time from call-in to pick up)
- Lumber, Shingles, Siding, Drywall
- Periodic Quality Inspections
- Verify Flatwork CO Measurements for Approvals
- Periodic Fill-in
- Quality Control Checkpoints
- Warranty Tech Appointments
- Sump Pump and Hose Checks
- Snow removal
- Managing temp heat in homes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Construction or trade experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn
- Self Sufficient after receiving direction
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to complete cleaning and construction tasks
- Ability to multi-task while accomplishing goals
- Driven by deadlines and task completion
- High attention to detail

Full-Time Position - Hours:
7:30am – 5:30pm
Monday – Friday
50 hours (+/- depending on season)
One weekend per month “On call”
